Our payment transferable L/C at sight with full amount under these condition
(1) If the buyer not receiving certificate approve the sugar already in
Brazilian port with brazilin port signature and stamp And the document
(3) If the seller changing the price and payment seller send to the buyer 2%
to the buyer account
