Dear Sir/Ms,

I represent one of oldest Russian supplier (working since 1992) of
chemicals and oil refinery products. Since 2007 we are performing
buying office functions for a huge manufacturer of oil drilling
chemicals.

These days we are preparing to participate in tender to enter a new
business with another producer of chemicals. We are collecting
preliminary information about producers to choose one to work
with on a long-term basis.

Tender will be closed at 18.12.2008.

Items we are bidding for:

Lead Oxide CAS# 1314-41-6;
Grade: active content (Pb3O4+PbO>99%);
Quantity: 768MTs a year, 64MTs monthly.
