First of all I would like to introduce myself. Our company is an important
firm within the Publicity Promotion sector. Our main markets are in
Spain, Portugal, and France.

We have found your company at the World Wide Web. We have put in
contact with you as we are looking for Micro Systems with MP3 and
think you could be interested in this project. Please note the order details:

1. Item: Micro Hi-Fi System with MP3 and remote control similar to
Our picture.
2. Quantity: 21,000 units.
3. Target Price: 21 - 23 US$ FOB per unit including Sisvel License.
4. Logo: There would be a 1 colour logo printing on the micro system.
5. Each unit should be packed into a gift box with our own 4 colours
offset design.

Remarks:
We need the micro systems to be in silver colour.
The offered items must comply with CE and ROHS.

Certificates
We do need CE and ROHS certificates for the offered items.
Inspection
The goods will be inspected by Bureau Veritas before shipment.
The inspection will be paid by our company but the inspection certificate
will be requested as one of the shipping documents.
This clause is non-negotiable.

Bearing in mind the above mentioned, we need you to send us a digital
picture and the following information about each one of the offered items:

Quotation FOB. Please specify the loading port.
Full Description of the item: Material, size, full technical features...
Packing details: number of units per master carton, carton measurement,
G.W./N.W.

Regarding the delivery schedule, the order could be closed upon receipt of
your sample. If your offer is OK for us we'll immediately provide you
our DHL international account for you to send us a sample for quantity
review and the order could be closed with you upon receipt.

Taking this into account, we need you to confirm us if you could comply
with the following delivery schedule:

10,000 units not later than December 23rd, 2008.
5,000 units not later than December 30th, 2008.
6,000 units not later than January 1st, 2009.
