To whom qualified,

We are looking for a cement engineering company to build for us a
cement plant in Africa. The qualified organization should have
verifiable experience building such complex plant especial on the
African continent.
We are interested to find a firm which will sell us a package including
every thing:
1) Construction
2) Building
3) Machinery
4) Installation and deployment
5) Support (we will need couple engineers to stay with plant for couple
years to make sure everything is running smooth).

A successful study was done but we will need the firm to double check
(provide geologists) sites found in order to choose the best one.
