Dear all,
Lately we decided to offer our customers special printed cards as
a gift. The total amount of the first order will be about USD 20,000.
The order will be given to the factory of the best offer.

Here are the main characteristics of a card.

(1) Its dimensions are as close as possible of a playing card as
2.5 x 3.5 in.
(2) Its material is plastic but not necessarily of very high quality.
(3) Its back face is a fixed pattern of two colors; blue and red on a white
background.
(4) Its front face is stamped with about 50 separate digits, each under a
scratch-off panel (as a password is hidden on top-up card for mobiles).
The printed digits are of color black and red on a white background.
