We need a solution on how we can get a wifi network to cover
an area of 50 x 40 x 50 x 40 km, consistent mainly of an rugged
rural terrain with some urban areas.

Network need to be able to handle max 50 to 70.000 concurrent
connections at peak. System have to be able to handle no less than
45.000 concurrent connections at all times.

Network will be used to carry a VoIP solution for wireless hand phones
and smart phones like PDA"s.

Solution description should consists of number of base stations to
cover this area, solution on how to cover various height differences and
how it is possible to limit number of breaks it phone conversations
while being mobile and switching from one antenna to another.
