For a new sake brewery I need the following:

a) 27 tanks with a capacity of 120 cubic meters.
b) 25 tanks with a capacity of 60 cubic meters.
c) 200 tanks with a capacity of 3 cubic meters.

All of them should be elevated, with conical bottoms.

Must have two or more inlets for liquids at the top and one outlet
at the bottom, designed for a very fluid slurry.

The top must be apt to be removed for washing the tank or some
other sort of washing procedure should be foreseen.

The tanks in (b) and (c) categories must have agitators.

The tanks in the (c) category must have a coil inside or a water jacket
for heating and cooling the content.

In all cases the fluid could be considered as a water-like liquid except
for having a 20% alcoholic content.

I can provide blueprints with the specifications for all these tanks
but I am open to consider any standard design of yours.
