give the best quotation for this requested CFR Bandar Abbas port, Iran.

Payment: by Irrevocable L/C at sight by top Iranian commercial banks
(Tejarat Bank, Agricultural Bank, Export and development Bank,
Pasargad Bank.), in Euro. Or by L/C at sight which issue from
Dubai in USD.
