We have a building & real estate division that builds shopping centers.
We are starting to build housing developments in North America (USA,
Canada and Mexico), and we are interested in the possibility of importing
(prefabricated) homes.
We would like to request the following information:
1) Market: Have you shipped and built in North America in the past?
If so, where can we inspect your homes? We will need exact addresses
and contact. We need to inspect for quality.
2) Floor plans and Pricing per Sq Meter: Please send us some floor plans
for previous built homes between 150-300 sq meters, along w/a price
"indication" +/-10%. Please advise what is included in your price, and
what will be required on our side to finish the installation of the home.
a) Advise what kitchen and bathroom fixtures are included.
b) Advise what finishes on the interior and exterior walls.
c) Include forced air ventilation systems for air conditioning, as well as
heat.
d) Advise if water heater is included and what size.
e) Advise if your price estimate include your technical assistance w/the
1st 5-10 samples homes that we purchase.
f) Advise if your home includes the electrical wiring and wall sockets,
and also lighting fixtures.
g) Advise what the extra cost would be to include solar panels for
roof top for heating system and hot water heater.
h) We will assume that we have to purchase the appliances.
3) Delivery: From the time we open a L/C, how soon can you have
the containers at the port? How many containers do you need per
100 Sq Meter of home?
4) Quantity: If the prices are competitive, and the quality is good,
we can use 500-1000 units per year. What is your factories capacity?
5) Commercial Buildings: Since we build shopping centers now, please
send us some floor plans and photos of retail stores, along w/the price
estimates for these projects.
