We have an urgent requirement to purchase HMS as per
following details.
Product: Used Rails ISRI code 27-29
Quantity: 30,000 MT for 12 months
Length: Maximum 1.5 meters
Origin: North/South America, Europe, Asia & South Africa

Payment: Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Revolving Documentary LC

OR BG with 100% TT at unloading port.

IMP: The yard visit is a must for us and we need to do it after
we sign the contract or send pre-advised LC. The seller should
allow us to inspect its stock, possibly through SGS at our cost.

Alternately, seller can provide us the SGS of its current stock at
our cost of inspection. Without the SGS and POP we can not
open any LC.
