Compatibility: Envelopes must be compatible for use on a
Pitney Bowes 8 Series, model 8316 Automatic inserter,
sealer and postage meter:

Paper: 24#white wove
Printing: Black ink in front. SGC will provide art
work in PDF format.

Window Size: 33/4 inch wide x 2 1/8 inch deep

Window Placement: 2 1/8inch from left, 1 1/4 inch from bottom
Window Film: Transparent polystyrene film shall be
glued securely on all edges of window so as not to interfere with
mechanical insertion of contents. Glue shall be as close as possible
to edges of window so that edges do not catch on mechanical inserter.
Window material may not extend into flap area.

Flap: Flap depth shall be minimum 1 1/4inch,
tapering down to the corners. Full-seal gumming on the flap.

Throat: Throat depth shall be minimum 5/8". Distance
between the flap crease and throat edge, at a point 3/4"in from each
envelope end, shall be maximum 1/8", minimum 1/16".

Quality: All envelopes must be constructed and
packaged in conformity with highest industry standards and must
evidence a high quality of workmanship. Receipt of envelopes
showing poor or careless workmanship or packaging will be
considered just cause for cancellation of the order.

Quantity: Quantity ordered shall be open-ended. Estimated
annual usage is approximately 2.5million envelopes, to be split
between regular interval deliveries (totaling approximately 2.2
million) and smaller RUSH deliveries (totaling approximately300,000).
Ten percent (10%)over/under-run allowed.
