Hello,
I represent a USA based apparel company in search of price
estimates for a first run of original Hooded sweatshirts for Men.

Could you give me two price quotes on this sweatshirt? One
for the French terry at 13-15 oz as called out? And another
using 13 oz 100% cotton regular sweatshirt fleece?

Also we want to know the price difference between using a nylon
coil zipper as opposed to the metal zipper?
Item description: Mens Hooded Sweatshirt

Main fabric: French Terry Knit OR standard sweatshirt fleece
Trim fabric: Sweatshirt ribbing, twill tape
Trims: metal zipper, 3/8 flat drawstring
Fabric weight: 13-15 oz
Fiber content:100% cotton
Details-Colors:
Pantone colors from the solid uncoated formula guide fabric
Print Ink creme-7534U 7536U black-black U 431U dark gray-405U 402U chocolate 1545U 7503U
Screen print: water based print -double medium sized 10x10" or
large 20x18" across zipper
Wash-fabric softener wash

We also want a 4 oz poplin to be used for the inside hood, silk
screened with our checkerboard design. This print should be water
based, we do not want a heavy plastisol ink.

Initial order quantity: 150 pieces X 4 different fabric colors X 2
print designs=1200 pieces. (300 per fabric color)

Size run and ratio:S-M-L-XL-XXL
Target price: $3.50-4.50

You will find the tech packs, artwork, layout diagram and color
sheet to help in your costing and sample making.

We want to work with established producers who can move quickly to
produce an accurate and attractive sample. We want to finalize our
initial order by the end of May. Ideally you can take on more than one
project for us. We would like to see a package deal for the Mens
Denim, Long sleeved Thermal, and Hooded sweatshirt.

Once the initial order has been made we want o continue making
this item in greater numbers with slight variations.
