Purchase of bus ticketing machines

My organization is about to embark on a project and I have been
given the order to carry out the feasibility study.
We want to produce Bus Pass (like the travel cards) and we would need a
machine that would help us produce the Bus Pass...we would also need a
machine that would be able to print the different prices of the Bus fare
being purchased by the customer.
When the passenger boards the bus there will be a Bus Pass scanner or a
card scanner as the case may be...when the passengers card is scanned it
will show that its still valid, else it will make a beep sound to show
that it has expired or is not genuine.
So there are three major things that I am asking for:
can you provide me with the machine that will:
1. Produce the cards or do you have the cards on ground
2. Print on the card the Bus pass type (this machine will be for the
resellers)
3. Another machine that will scan the bus pass for validity and authenticity.
also can these machines be customized to suit our specification.
please if this could be met, could you send me a price quotation for the
following orders:
BTW 100-10000 pieces of the Reseller Card printing machine for the
reseller.
10 pieces of the card producing machine
1000-5000 pieces of the card scanning machines.
