1) Non Russian Supplier offering D2 Russian grade
2) RDLC - non transferable/non divisible
3) Simultaneous POP/POF via swift OR BCL offered with ICPO for
immediate POP
4) Soft offer (NOT FCO) required to the attention of buyer on
company letterhead
My two buyers are ready to submit an ICPO/BCL with your soft
offer - no delays, no time wasting and this is no joke.

A soft offer based on FOB/CIF will get you the ICPO within
72 hours or less.
