Our company is looking for foam tipped eye liner pen in metal.
just the container. not filled as we want to check if our companies
liquid will work in this. There is a Japan/Korean eye liner pen also
that has a pump action.. If any company manufacturers similar
items please contact me... Samples will be required ...
