Our client would like to purchase the following fresh culinary herbs:
Thyme - 1,200 lbs/week
Basil - 60-100 lbs/week
Rosemary - 60-100 lbs/week
Mint - 60-100 lbs/week

Ideally, our client would like to have the above items packaged
in 1-pound transparent bags, with approximately 12 pounds per box.
In addition, our client would also like to purchase:
Callaloo (leaf vegetable) - 200 cases per week in 15-20 pound cases;
and Caribbean Red (hot) Peppers) or West Indian Red (hot)
Peppers - 200, 8-pound boxes per week.
