Based on the tool concept attached I would like the following.
1 Design & manufacture high speed press tool to produce to
print 85500.103 terminal.
2 Tool should be capable of a running speed 800 spm: 800spm.
3 All punches and dies to be produced with good quality carbide CD15.
4 All plate work to be of good quality tool steel capable of
hardness of 54-60 RC.
5 Die set to be good quality mild steel or cast iron. .
6 All pillars ball cages & bushings to be Agathon or Fibro.
