We are interested in importing 15,000 MT of cotton seeds
for oil extraction, the seeds must be treated some how to
eliminate the germination (this is a requirement so they
could not be used for planting).

Packing, can be 50 KG or 1 ton jumbo bags or any other
convenient packing you may offer.
Also we are looking for crude cotton seed oil in bulk,
