We are representing 2 Korean buyers who are ready and interested
in buying high quality and large quantity scrap metal from
minimum 100,000 MT up to 150,000 MT per month for
at least 1 year.

Our buyers are two of the world-leading steel companies based
in Korea, and we handle only the large quantity supplies for
them. If you're a serious and legitimate seller, we'll be very
happy to work with you. You'll also be very happy working
with us and securing two new big buyers.

For those who are not serious and legitimate: Let's not waste
our time.

If you are readily capable of supplying this large amount of
scrap metal for the next one year, we'd sincerely appreciate
if you could provide the following information to us at
your earliest convenience.

Upon your request, we'll be happy to execute an NCNDA with
you. Please request our form OR provide your own to us.

1) Each product grade and specification available
(HMS 1; HMS 1+2; and/or Used Rail),
2) Origin and yard location,
3) Timeframe,
4) F.O.B. price,
5) C.I.F. price to Busan Port of South Korea
(using your vessel/freighter company),

6) Your vessel/freighter company information (After NCNDA),
6) Past track record (i.e. B/L, etc; After NCNDA)
6) SGS certificates / registrations (After NCNDA).

If our buyers express their interest in your soft quote,
Certificates and past track record, we will get the buyer's
Letter of Intent (LOI) addressed to you immediately.

The buyers strictly request the POP via yard visit at their own
cost and expense. If your end supplier doesn't have the substantial
amount of scrap metals in hands now or in the immediate
future, you'd better not contact us at all. Serious and capable

We are looking for,
HMS 1, HMS 1and 2 and Used Rail
100,000 MT ~ 150,000 MT per month
12 months (1 year) possibly a renewable contract

Procedure: Our routine procedure is as follows.

1) Send us your soft quote along with certificates, past track records, etc.
2) Execute the NDNCA between you and (before or after your quote)
3) Send our buyer's LOI to you
4) Prepare a draft Contract between you and the buyer
5) Prepare and execute the M.F.P.A.
6) The buyer's POP site visit / Negotiation / Finalize the Contract

7) Execute the Contract / The seller issues an Irrevocable
Pay Order (IPO) for ILEI
8) The buyer issues a non-transferable, irrevocable, RDLC
(or other reasonable and agreeable payment instrument) for you
9) Final inspection at a loading port
10) Loading complete / LC operative / IPO operative
