In respect of the captioned inquisition, we firstly would like
suppliers to consider firmly because the given transaction
remains actually an international tender consisting the
terms of BBG (Bid Bond Guarantee) and PBG
(Performance Bond Guarantee).

We are quite sure; being adept corporate units, every
supplying source will be well aware of international
business regulations. However, would briefly like to
enlighten you all about few of its essential cores.

Well, in this sort of expeditions, firstly suppliers will
have to furnish the list of documents, required by the
concerned buyers with 2% of (total value of transaction in
the name of buyers) bid money (Refundable) called BBG
(Bid Bond Guarantee). Next, incase suppliers prevail the
tender by offering the lowest rates and obtaining the purchase
order; they will confirm about 10% (of total value of
transaction ) refundable performance bond guarantee entitled
PBG through their bank.

Further more, if any supplier is genuine and has fair aspiration
to work with us sincerely then we may consider to submit
initially the BBG on their behalf as their local representatives,
however, Suppliers will have to confirm (incase they triumph
the tender by offering the lowest price) about PBG after
having purchase order with 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
directly from the Buyers.
