Looking for refineries to enter into contract to purchase
BLCO. Brokers: your refinery needs to supply us with at
least a letter of intent confirming the quantity they can
handle on a monthly basis. We can then provide POP.
After this, brokers must step aside so as the mandates can
deal direct. All commissions will be protected and will be
decided upon final price. Please notice, this is real BLCO so
realistic discounts are to be expected, not more than 5 gross 3
net in the best case scenario. Please refineries in the USA
refrain from contact us our contract set them out of limits for us.
