We are looking for an OEM / part manufacturer that can supply
us with an based on our design ear clamp that can hold a front
piece and pull it to close to the face with a force at least 1,5N
(newton). A picture above shows a prototype of our desired
ear strap, the size of the first part (on the left) is 32mm and
the second is radius 21 plus the "extention" that goes into first
part is 25.5 mm. a full detailed blueprint of the strap is available.
