We have requirement for direct seller/seller mandate for
50,000 m/t of D2 or AGO per month for one year. It's difficult
to work with African on international standard. We prefer only
to deal with those seller's/mandate that has experience and
understanding of the African system to work with the
international. The African system does not deal with all of
the paperwork. The international system deals with plenty of
paperwork. The delivery will be expected of next month starting.
