Dear Sir,

We are seeking an FCC Approved GSM Car Alarm System (with the
Supporting and verifiable documentation) that provides monitoring
capability, alarming functions, anti-hijacking mode, remote
engine kill start, and door lock interface through an interactive
menu that is accessible through the various cellular phone
networks here within the U.S. The unit shall have a SIM Card
slot that can facilitate a GSM capable cellular phone chip
of our choosing. The voice chips must be capable of being
programmed with a set of voice commands that will be provided
by our organization for the above listed functions. The units
shall have a remote key pad so it may be used as a hands-free
cell phone while driving, and key remote fobs that provide
the ability to arm and access the GSM unit through a speaker and
microphone unit provided with the system. We are also seeking a
GSM/GPS capable version with Bluetooth capability that provides
the ability to track the units under circumstances in which a vehicle
may be stolen or carjacked. We have plans for integrating this
technology with our existing product line to offer increased range
capability for our customers. These products include temperature
monitor and alert systems for police K-9 units, GSM capable
?Bait Cars? for use by police in auto theft stings, and GSM
capable motorcycle alarms that offer hands-free cell phone
capability. We currently sell products to the law enforcement
and military communities and have been in business for over
40 years. We are seeking a long term partnership with an
established company for what we believe, will be a
profitable business venture for all parties involved.
