We wish to buy a mobile phone strap

We are looking for a manufacturer that can produce a customized
mobile phone strap with 2 styles charm:-
1. 3/4" poly resin charm with cell phone loop in poly bag.
2. 3/4" etched soft enamel charm with cell phone loop in poly bag.
Note: Strap should be non-PVC material

Please provide FOB pricing at the following volume levels:
