Thank you for replying to this post. I am sorry for all of my
questions, I am new and need to be educated. Thank you for
your patience. I am looking for a long term relationship with
a company, and I must first learn all that I can.
I am looking for a company that can print my own designs on
fabric. I will need a good quality 100% cotton with around a
200 thread count, but it does not need to be 200 thread count
if the printing is good. Is brushed cotton good for this?
Very important is that the printing must be 100% colorfast
with no bleeding when the fabric is washed. Is this "active
dye material" printing?
So I can help you see what I want to print, I am sending you
a photograph. The first image in the photograph shows all
of the colors that will be used, white, black, red, blue, yellow,
and tan. The second image shows the overall design.
The first design I have in mind has a cutable area of 43"
width X 43" long. This is for making a small quilt.
The other design I have in mind is for making a BIG
quilt. It will take 4 pieces to make a big quilt with a cutable
area of each piece of 43" wide X 43" long. All 4 pieces
will be the same. I am interested in 44" / 45" fabric, but
I am also interested in learning the prices per yard for 90"
width X 90" long fabric for the BIG quilt, so that it can be
1 piece instead of 4 pieces.
Can the two designs be printed on one fabric?
