Re: Buying of Portland Cement - Grade 42.5R. 300000MT,
conforming to BS1999 / 1996.

Please be informed that I have a very serious inquiry for Yemen.
The quantity required is 25,000 MT per month for 12 months
supply contract; Packing in 50 kg Kraft bags /1.5Mt or 2Mt
Jumbo bag (40x50Kg). Terms of payment by non-transferable LC.
Target Price $57/PMT CIF Yemen. I am ready to provide you
LOI & BCL/ICPO. Please confirm your ability to supply.
Alternatively, you can also give me your best counter offer
in case if you are not able to meet my target price. Secondly
my Buyer has instructed me NOT to source Cement of China &
Ukraine Origin. Cement from all other countries are acceptable.
In case if you have cement other than China & Ukraine origin
then please e-mail me the specs sheet with country of origin.
