Free Fatty Acids: (Max 0. 3% as Oleic Acid)
Peroxide Value: (Max 0. 2 MEQ 02 / KG Fat)
Copper: (Max 0. 05 Mg / KG)
Iron: (Max 0. 2 Mg / KG)
Pesticides: (Conform to EEC Standard 86 / 363)
PH of Milk Phase: (< 5. 3)
Color: (Yellow to Light Yellow)
Taste & Odor: (Normal, Free from Rancid and / or any other
foreign taste)
Antioxidants, Preservatives, & Neutralizing Substances: Absent
Coliform Micro-Organisms in 0. 1 ML: not detectable
Product must have production and expiry date with difference of
Two (2) Years.
Shipment: 30 Calendar Days after the Production
