Looking for Automatic In-line full pipe body Ultrasonic
Testing system. The system should have capability to
perform the full pipe body scan to detect the pipe wall
thickness as well as longitudinal and lateral defects.
Pipes:
Length: from 4 to 15m
Pipe speed: 67m / mn; Straightness: 2mm / m
Dynamic control precision: + / -0. 03mm
Automatic generation of control ratios
Additional technical requirements:
1- Ability to measure the pipe lamination.
2- Can perform the UT without pipe's rotation.
3- Can perform the wall thickness measurement
as well as Flux Leakage.
4- 4 probes type is required.
