I am looking for a small electrical plate to cool or chill
water by about 6-10 degrees below room temperature,
similar to a hot plate but to chill rather than warm.
The size must be about 20cm square and if possible the
cold plate should be domed upwards slightly.
It is required for the UK market initially so must meet
UK BS and CE standards and come supplied with a UK
3 pin plug and 3 amp fuse.
