Requirement: If you produce drawn flat bars in CuCo2Be/
CuCoNiBe (C17500)please quote us (FOB prices an delivery)
in this alloy as follows:

1* 2000 kg drawn flat bar 40x25 mm
2* 1500 kg drawn flat bar 38x25 mm

Below you can find the requirements we are getting
guaranteed ( get in tests) not the theoretical values):

Technical requirements in CuCo2Be alloy (17500,CW104C,
RWMA3) or CuCoNiBe(CW103C, RWMA3).

Manufacturing process: drawn and heat treated
Chemical composition CuCo2Be; Co (2.0-2.8), Be (0.40--0.70),
Cu balance.

Chemical composition CuCoNiBe; Co (0.8-1.3), Ni (0.8-1.3),
Be (0.4-0.7), Cu balance

Brinell hardness: minimum 240

Electrical conductivity: minimum 45%

Bar lengths: ca. 3 m. if others specify

Dimensional tolerances: width and thickness -0.2+0 mm
