for urea N-46% for Myanmar. Total quantity of over one
million MT (repeat one million MT) . To do this deal please
study the following procedure and if your price is to their
target price then they will need the following and you have
to send soft offer based on their proposed procedure.
Please mention your acceptance of proposed procedure and
any of your amendments also, so that we can approach our
end buyer and reply you for finalization of deal.

2. Company resolution to enter into the deal. (supplier / Manufacturer)
3. Copy of cos Article of Memorandum
4. Manufacture / Supplier immediate months Urea Export

(About 10 bills of ladings for Urea exports)
5. Shipment (a) Myanmar-MITT (Myanmar International
Tilawa Terminal)
( b) Min. Two shipments of about 25, 000 per vessel monthly
6. Payment: By two months shipment quantity, revolving, non-transferable
100% funded, at sight letter of credit, opened by United Overseas
Bank / HSBC, Singapore (see detail in attachment)
7. Performance Bond: 4%
8. Upon Having your acceptance and approval of above major
requirements, as per procedure, end buyer will issue needed LOI
immediately to get FCO from supplier As end buyer being
Governmental no need to issue BCL.
9. Sale and Purchase Contract will be signed at manufacturing
factory site after having POP Bank to Bank verification, etc
