We are interested to buy a coating machine for hot melt
adhesive onto PP silcone release liner. The maximum
width needed is 500mm and the machine needs an unwinding
and rewinding unit. The hot melt adhesive will be fed from a
pre-melter and should be of sufficient melt on demand capacity
in order to ensure that the adhesive will not be degraded when
melted. The tank will be fitted with a gear pump to accurately
control the feed of the adhesive as well as measure the speed at
which the hot melt glue will be coating the release liner. So we
will have actually 6 stations:
1. Unwinding unit
2. Coating unit for the adhesive onto PP
3. Reversing the adhesive part and laminating a release line on the
coated area
4. A drying station for hot melt glue
5. A rewinding station
6. A tank for the glue with control of the quantity applied
