Canadian distribution / warehouse center, intends to purchase
100-120meter (300-350ft) automatic conveyor / roller. The
warehouse is off-loading, sorting and loading trucks / containers / trailers.
The heavy boxes (10-100kg, minimum 79. 5kg per square foot)
off-loaded from the truck to the conveyer belt which is transferring
around the warehouse (oval-shape) and the boxes separated by store
numbers many different locations in the warehouse.
The conveyer / roller should have a section extensions which is
easily can be pull dip into the 53 / ft container for easy off-load.
The conveyer / roller preferably build-up by sections, depend
how long the specific task need it.
The warehouse has 12 off-loading truck bays / gate
and each bay is different distance from the center of the
warehouse.
This mean is each off-loading task need different conveyer
/ roller length. The conveyer belt / roller must be oval-shaped
or easily can assemble as an oval-shape. It can be height
adjustable. The conveyer belt / roller material can be plastic,
PVG / PVC, rubber, steel, aluminum alloy and speed adjustable.
You must provide a guarantee the faulty part replacement at
no coast (except tear and wear) . Please quote your price in
$US. I must mention, not the cheapest price will get the
contract. The quality, warranty and the reliability is very
