know if the price have drop and also I am negotiate a large order
to supply the Ghana Government please below follow all the

Ghana order detail:
Pakistan rice
long grain white rice -25% broken rice max.

Broken below 2/3 size 25 %
Basis 6mm grain length(long grain)
Foreign matter & paddy 1%
Damaged and discolored 2 %
Chalky grains 4 %
Red and under milled 2 %
Moisture contents 14 % max
Milling degree: well milled

Packing: 50/kg. Net new woven polypropylene bags
Inspection: quality, quantity, weight & phyto by S.G.S or
equivalent at Seller?s cost and established at port of loading.
Documents: such as b/l, inspections, origin, packing, invoice,
phyto, Radiation

Shipments: First shipment will commence within 35 days after
signing of the Contract between the seller and the trade
department of government of Ghana, zenith bank of Ghana and
panalpina / cotecna warehousing management.

Collateral management: independently through collateral
Management Administered by:
1. Zenith bank of Ghana through Citibank of New York
2. Panalpina worldwide or cotecna (warehousing management and
Administration)

Letter of trust / guarantees for the transaction provided by:

1. Zenith bank of Ghana
2. Ghana government trade dept
3. By panalpina / cotecna
4. Shipment 110% insured through aig or any other world class
insurance Company by Panalpina / Cotecna

Payment terms: twenty five percent (20%) cash payment upon the
receipt and Confirmation of the bill of lading, and other relevant
shipping documents And the remaining 80% paid by zenith bank /
Citibank sixty days after the Arrival of the goods

Guarantee: 2% PB negotiable
Destination: tema Ghana- West Africa
Contract duration: two (2) years and renewable at the expiration for
Another two year.
Contract total quantity: 600,000mt shipped in 25,000mt monthly
increments
Over a period of two (2) years.
