3. Quantity: 4,000MT-6,000MT/ per shipment in bulk and
1,000MT-3,000MT/ per shipment in bulk, second buyer
4. Target Price: 225 USD/mt CIF Hai Phong Port, Vietnam
5. Delivery time: not later 30days after operative date of L/C
5a. Inspection: by SGS or equal at loading port, sellers expense,
binding
6. Payment: by the Irrevocable, transferable documentary
L/C 100% at sight
7. The LC shall be issued by prime Vietnam Bank
8. POP, POF, Operative PB = 2% of L/C value is issued
by the Seller's bank to activate the Buyer's non-operative L/C
Need: Soft FCO = export certificates if Seller can fill
