We are an importer of pet food and products in Norway.
Since establishment in 1990 our focus has been on high
quality products. We would need for immediate delivery
20. 000 + dog booties
Usage: Sled dogs working hard under different conditions
from ice and snow to dry land.
Material: Cordura (real, not copycat versions) . We need
heavy duty version based on the Cordura 1000D (denier) ,
a regular mid weight version based on Cordura 330D and
one light-Cordura 160D version.
We would also be interested in one version based on Polartec
300 fleece, however this is not a prerequisite.
The velcro on the booties should be firm and approximately
1, 8-2 cm wide.
The thread should be strong.
Colours of fabrics: We would preferably want the colours
red and black, and potentially in combination (black bottom
and red top) .
The velcros should indicate size, and must be used
consistently across in the colours red and black, of course
being as close as possible to the fabric colours.
Logo print: Our logo should be printed on the booties
(please provide price with and without) .
Size: The size of the dog booties could be as follows:
Large 15 cm long x 11 cm wide (use black velcro) ;
Medium: 14 cm long x 10, 5 cm wide (use red velcro) .
Please note that there might be minor adjustments.
Packaging & labeling:
We want two versions of (inner) packaging:
1) for retail sales with 8 booties per transparent poly bag with
full colour sticker and eurohole punch.
2) Kennel bag holding 100 booties of the same fabric, size
and colour in each. Each bag should hold a colour sticker.
Both stickers will hold product information, product
number, size indication, washing instruction, EAN / UPC code,
and our logo.
The inner packaging must then be packed in outer carton
boxes or other appropriate packaging with product name,
colour, size, and our product number. Preferably there should
be between 400-800 booties per carton.
Order quantity: Min. 20. 000 booties (not bags) , with the
potential of increasing to accommodate favorable pricing.
Delivery: Air freight to Kristiansand, Norway (airport code KRS) .
Samples: Each version and size should be provided samples
of before the placement of the full order. 24 samples of each
fabric distributed by size should be delivered by air freight,
plus colour samples of available fabrics and velcros.
Delivery full order: June / July 2007
Price: Quote prices including air freight, and suggest MOQ and
minimum order value. Do also quote prices with and without
logo print.
Additional pet products: After a successful completion of the
first order we have additional pet products such as custom
made sled dog dog collars, dog vests and sled dog harnesses
which we would like to discuss.
