We are a large packaging broker in USA. We are looking for a
quote on some Poly laminate that is commonly used to make
toothpaste tubes. This laminates is supplied in a roll form
and is converted by machine and is used to form toothpaste
tubes. The laminate that we are looking for needs to be FDA
compliant--what this means is that the supplier who will
supply us this laminate, will need to supply us a certificate
certifying that the laminate is FDA compliant according to
the American FDA rules. If you cannot supply FDA certification
please do not quote. The laminate that we will need is the
typical toothpaste tube laminate-white on the outside and a
silver finish on the inside, and it needs to be able to be
printed on the outside. It will need to be supplied rolls with
a core, that can be discussed later after we get your initial
price. As far as the thickness of the laminate goes, I am sure
that there are various industry standards. Please quote in the
standard mil thickness that you would normally supply, and
if we need to modify this later I will let you know.

Please provide the structure that you are quoting and please
give me a break down. We need the laminate quoted per square
meter-we do not need a quote on it any other way, we need it
quoted only per square meter. This is not a one-time purchase,
if we trialed your product and it worked and we could get the
regular business, it would be a regular item that we would
purchase from you. Please quote separately, a 20 foot and a 40
foot container for comparative purposes, CIF Columbus, Ohio.
What I mean by separately is, I do not want you to quote me a
total of 40 foot container plus a 20 foot container: I want to
you quote me the price of the shipping 40 foot container
alone, and they give me a separate quotation if I were to
order a 20 foot container alone.

Please note that Columbus, Ohio is an inland city, it is not
a sea port or coastal city. Please do not tell us that you are
quoting CIF Columbus, Ohio and then tell us later that
you have actually quoted it CIF to a sea port city like
Los Angeles etc.-We need it quoted CIF Columbus, Ohio,
