We are seeking sellers of Rebco. Spot deals or Long
Term Contracts.

Buyers have capacity of 10,000,000 bbl per month through
their own refineries or processing agreements.

Sellers will be expected to show Proof of Product early,
either in the form of Allocation Contracts, Transneft
documentation and/or Export Licenses.

Sellers or Authorized Mandates only.
No broker chains please.
