2. Used rail
Quantity : total yearly quantity of 1.080.000 MT
Target Price: USD/M ton
Shipping Terms : CIF as per contract 90.000 M tons/vessel
Payment: Payment instrument is Irrevocable, Unconditional,
Confirmed, and non-Revolving, non- Transferable, shipment
by shipment The Letter Of Credit Bank at sight 100% in USD.
PBG: The seller will issue 2% non-operative PBG, and the
buyer will issue the operative L/C, the issuance & this L/C
will make the PBG operative.
3. HMS 1&2
Quantity : total yearly quantity of 720.000 MT
Payment terms the same as in (2)
All LOIs ready signed and sealed by buyers.
