We have a requirement for following material / goods:
long grained Thai white milled rice
Quantity: 12, 500 metric tons
Origin: Thailand

Specifications:
Broken-one hundred percent (100%)

Packing and marks:
Packed in new suitable woven polypropylene bags weighing
50 kilos each, gross for net. Marks will be agreed upon by
buyers and sellers.
Shipments: shipments will be effected by sellers chartered
vessel or vessel space in one (1) shipment of 12, 500 metric
tons from a single loading. At sea inventories acceptable
Date and place of delivery: after receipt of an acceptable
letter of credit with sea freight deliveries commencing on or
about January 15, 2007, to the transit port of Cotonou, Benin.

Price: to be quoted in US $at terms of sale [from incoterms]
cost and freight, free out (C&F, FO).

Payment terms: advance payment by documentary commercial
letter of credit (L/ C). The letter of credit will payable
"at sight" against the first presentation of the L/ C 's
required documents at the counter of the confirming bank
within 24 hours (one working day) of presentation.
