Caviar from Sevruga, Osetra or White Sturgeon with the
following specifications:

1. Packing: in 100g tin vacuum closed with ring pull
2. Grade no. 1
3. Salt ness: Malassol (lightly salted)
4. State: Sterilized
5. Appearance: Roes must not be less than 2.5 mm in diameter
6. Colour: Homogeneous - light gray, dark gray, yellowish,
brownish
7. Test consistency: Typical for Sturgeon some loss
of yolkiness and richness, grassy but not muddy or other
non offensive odour. After taste acceptable. Individual egg
membranes are slightly recognizable.

This is for delivery to Bangkok, Thailand for the minimum
requirement of 1 x 20' container for trial order.
