of credit, inquiry
(2): Quantity 100,000 mt delivered into 8 separate shipments,
destination CIF Dubai Port, UAE, payment by revolving letter
of intent for each shipment, performance bond guarantee 3%,
delivery 35 - 45 days from receiving acceptable letter
of credit, inquiry
(3): Quantity 12,500 mt delivered into 1 shipment, destination
CIF Dar-El Sallam Port, Tanzania, final destination Burundi,
payment by documentary sign Letter of Credit, performance
bond guarantee 3%, delivery 35 - 45 days from receiving
acceptable letter of credit, packing 50 kg net (ML 50 kgs not
acceptable) new pp sea worthy bags,2% empty bags,
specifications polarization: Minimum 99.8% degrees, maximum
moisture:0.04%, maximum color: Icumsa 45, maximum ash contents
0.04%, maximum SO2 20. P. P. M, maximum AS.1 p. P. M,

nil, free from radiation, procedure, seller/supplier sends
soft offer, buyer/mandate sends letter of intent, seller/
supplier sends draft contract agreement, buyer/mandate fill-
ups his part and sends to seller/supplier, buyer sends proof
of funds to seller/supplier bank, in return seller/supplier's
bank sends proof of product by telex transfer, seller/supplier
sends by courier mail hard copy of the contract agreement,
buyer signs hard copy of contract agreement (6 copies), buyer
sends back 4 copies of hard copy of contract agreement to
seller by courier mail, shipment commence as per agreement,
one important point to be noted, we will not reply except
official company e-mail, beside that the seller should be in a
position to provide evidence that he has previously supplied
sugar to Middle East and Africa
