I am interested in sourcing 1700 units of an LED swing
clock To be in a solid colour (most likely white) with a
two colour print.

The item needs to be able to display a company name, a
message, and the time. The message can be set at the factory
and does not need to be able to be changeable by the end user.

I am looking for items with a target price of below $US10,
preferably much lower than this. I am not interested in
similar items that are above this price range.
