I am looking for an immediate purchase of 5000 units of what
can be described as a cap or fitting to be inserted into a
hole 12.5mm across in diameter, with the fitting being no more
than 9mm in length.

The outside diameter of the cap or fitting must be 13mm plus
but no more than 18mm in diameter.

The cap or fitting must be Black in Colour, ideally made from
a plastic, and must have a minimal to flush fitting to the
surface of the hole.1mm maximum clearance is the ideal.

The aim of the cap is to plug the hole and protect an M8 Brass
Insert held within the hole itself.

MOQ is 5000 units ASAP, with a monthly requirement of 20K plus
to be required following successful trial.
