I am looking to custom make 25,000 toy kaleidoscopes.
What is the cost of this item

Details:
Quantity: 25,000
Size: 11" high X 3.6" diameter (28.16cm X 9.216 cm)
Must work like a real Kaleidoscope
Inside will be bag of candy (packaged).
Materials- strong cardboard so it can be stacked high.
Plastic also an option.
Artwork - will be provided.
