We are looking for a serious Supplier for establishing a long
term business relationship for purchasing of corrugated
cardboard.

Our Customer committed us a market research of qualified
Company able to furnish on monthly regular basis different
sheet sizes of corrugated cardboard.

The customer is a market leader Company established in the
centre of Italy. They have got a Case maker production line
machine, a Fustellatore Rotativo production machine and some
Fustellatrici Piane machines and other machines and equipments
for producing all particular kind of cardboard packaging.

Monthly demand is about 325.000 mq

Different paper that we are looking for as following:
45% triple-micro wave EB
38% Double-wave BC
11% High single wave C
6% Low single wave B

Currently the Customer is purchasing from some main Italian
Manufacturers.

All companies interested in starting this dealing must send
following documentation:
Company profile
Yearly capacity production
Price list and/or discount to be applied up to the standard
and general price list
General selling condition
Delivery terms and payment condition

Expired date for receiving all the offer and complete
documentation is September 15th,2006.

We are going to evaluate all the information and documentation
during the after two weeks and we plan to complete the deal
within the next September 30th.

The best Company and the best offer proposal will be contacted
for starting negotiation later on the week 4

Incoterms conditions could be:
CIF Adriatic Sea (Pescara or Ancona, Bari or Brindisi) or at
least Naples, but it depends on the forwarder

FOB your main port (please to clearly specify which one)

Please inform us if you are in the condition of quote also
DDP. In case your Company will be one of the selected we will
provide you full details for enabling to quote.

Payment terms: To be negotiated. The Customer would like to
start with L/C at sight, but He wants to receive a payment
dilation in case of annual contract.

Document and information that we need to receive are:
Copy of your technical specifications
Declaration of country of origin
Delivery time after completing our deal and after receiving
our order

In case these information (or only one) are missing the offer
will not be taken into consideration.
