We currently sell 2000 composite aluminum
honeycomb-core panels per year.
Total thickness of panel to be 26.6mm including 1.0mm
aluminum skins either side.
The product must be rigid and have a surface flatness
of +/- 0.5mm across the entire surface. (flatness is very
important)
The boards need folded edges, with M5 rivnuts added at 160mm
intervals around the edge with a further 20 rivnuts in the
back of the board, Also a small cut out to accept a circuit
board, in the back, lower right corner. With cover plate to
conceal circuit board. Rivnuts should be steel and flush
fitting if possible Panel core should ideally be honeycomb
The skin should be white powder coated
Front surface must be free of blemishes, because we laminate a
carbon film to the surface.
The product is needed in four sizes
1000 off per annum 1735mm x 1276mm x 25 thick (Drawing
24_00019, largest board)
500 off approx @ 1531mm X 1123mm X 25mm
500 off approx @ 1328 X 972mm x 25mm
100 off approx 1088 x 794 x 25mm (Drawing 15_01195)
