Buy iron ore 600,000MT x 12 & ,000MT x 12
This is a serious order so please do send only if you have
real seller or if your a genuine seller /manufacturer.

If you have any genuine iron ore supplier as we have a rek
for 600 k * 60 months any origin CIF China.

Ore can be magnetic but customer will accept non-magnetic
which is lesser priced.

LOI and BCL would be provided only to the seller and not to
anybody else if you can please do let me know.

Commodity: iron ore

Quantity: 600,000MT x 12 Months with Rolls and Extensions.
(Minimum) 300,000MT x 12 Months Renewable for 3 years.

Shipments: Either 50,000MT or 100,000MT or 150,000 MT.

Price: 49$US per MT CIF ASWP. Fixed for contract period
( CIF - China)
Contract basis: CIF ASWP

Destination Port: Buyer\'s Choice.

Payment Terms: irrevocable, transferable, divisible,
assignable and confirmed letter of Guarantee in Favor
of seller. i.e. value of 3 monthly deliveries, Returnable 13
months from the date of issue (in the case of a one year
contract of 30K MT x 12). Regular payments for monthly
deliveries by swift wire transfer 7 days after presentation
of contractual documents. No L/C needed.

Performance Bond: 2%
Packing: Bulk by ship
Control: By SGS
Delivery schedule: 45 days after the receipt of the operative
payment instrument.

Procedure:

1. Seller mandate presents Soft Offer (this document).
2. Buyer presents to seller LOI with soft probe authorization
and bank coordinates, accompanied by a bank letter (BCL or
RWA) stating the buyer\'s financial capacity.
3. Seller issues the draft contract.
4. The contract is signed.
5. Buyer opens the payment instrument
6. Seller posts the 2 % Performance Bond.
7. Shipments are made according to the schedule
