I am from an upcoming Coffee and Tea company in Colorado
and am currently looking to purchase tea bagging/packaging
devices, preferably bagging machines that can do whole leaf
tea bags as well as a large-scale tea blending machine. It is a
new corporation which will be providing 700,000 lbs of organic
fair trade coffee and 30,000 lbs of organic fair trade tea to
U. S. Retailers, food service providers and specialty shops in
November.

We are looking to provide our consumers with a top quality tea
in an innovative tea bag that can be filled with whole leaf
tea or at least one that uses new filter materials (such as
nylon mesh or silk mesh) so that it can infuse better than a
conventional tea bag. We are preferably looking for a bagging
machine that does it's own cartoning/packaging, but an
attachment device may be acceptable given the price/features.

We are looking for a tea blending machine that can handle at
least 30,000 to 50,000 lbs. Of tea in a given year. While I
know there are many other specifications that could be made,
I am still unsure of what types of feature are more universal
and what are more innovative and proprietary to individual
manufactures. If the following specifications for our machines
are too broad then please contact me as soon as possible with
the specifications I must meet. Otherwise, if they are narrow
enough to find some specific models it would be much
appreciated if the appropriate individual could contact me as
soon as possible with some general price quotes/descriptions
for the selected models. Most likely the filter material will
be nylon-mesh or silk-mesh, but we are open to other materials
as long as it allows for a faster better tasting infusion than
traditional paper filters. Unfortunately, this has become a
very time sensitive issue because our investors need to see
our finalized cost-analysis, including our packaging and
processing equipment, so I will need to be receiving at least
"ballpark" quotes for machinery within the next week, and
preferably as soon as possible to be able to consider it
against our other option of conventional tea bagging
containing dust or fannings.
